"NO place like home"

 

Its written all over my face.... I had a great day at work today.. 

   This is actually a Maxi dress that I just pulled down to wear as a skirt. I paired it with this fuschia cardigan and black tank.

This post was a "no place like home" because of my shoes.. and there really is no place like home... At some points and times I have had hopeful thinking and wished I was Dorothy, to just click my heels and be home.lol Of all the places I do like to be it is home.

Color Me Badd!!

Hi Ladies... sorry this post is soo late but this is what I wore on Sunday to church... I looove this color blocked dress and these shoes...I have been very slack with blogging, and being that I have just started I dont need to be slack..lolo... I have started 2jobs and not to mention I'm a mother to a 11y/o as well. SO between the jobs and being a mother I have been pretty busy..

But I promise to starte doing better... :)

"School Daze"

Well that lil smart amazing 11year old of mine will be starting school on this coming Monday... I am soooo glad!! We went school shopping today and boy am I beat... Luckily I did the school supply thing about a month ago.
So ladies get this, I'm in the mall today with 2 11y\o!!! ughhhh.. my daughter and her lil friend.. I let them pick out the clothes and I judged and did a lil helping them...BOY why did I do thaaaat??? lol

And can you believe that this lil thang is going to the 7th grade??

OMG!! where has all this time gone?? I can remember like it was yesterday me giving birth to her..(sniff-sniff)

So ladies have you finished your school shopping? And why is it that we always wait until the last minute so do things... SMH.. :)

Happy Valentine's Day Ladies!!!

Just a quick pic that I took this morning while waiting for my computer to load up.
I'm still new to this blogging thing but I'm LOVING every minute of it. I was still looking around for something to hold my camera up while I snap shots of myself. And of course while following one of my fellow bloggers, she mentioned Academy Sports had Tripods for the low!!!! So I will be headed there soon.. yaaay!!!

So after work I have a nice candle lite dinner planned for me and my daughter. On the menu tonite is Colossal shrimp, baked pork chops, twice baked potatoes and aspargus.
